The Senior Administrator of Earth Conservation Corps oversees the day-to-day operations of our dynamic three campus urban conservation corps, manages staff, coordinates with external partners, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic leadership to achieve conservation goals, with a focus on youth development and community engagement to achieve meaningful environmental restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee the overall operations of the Earth Conservation Corps, including staff management, project planning, and execution, ensuring efficient and safe work practices. Monitor project budgets, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure program goals are met.
- Develop and implement curriculum for environmental education and workforce development training for corps members.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and train program staff including crew leaders, project coordinators, and administrative personnel. Provide ongoing performance evaluations and mentorship to staff
- Address staff concerns and ensure a positive working environment
- Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with land management agencies, community organizations, investors and partners.
