Job DescriptionJob Description
The position includes consulting, primarily by phone and e-mail, with scientists and managers from government, academia and business to provide custom solutions involving radio and satellite tracking systems for wildlife and environmental applications. You will be determining order details, providing quotes, processing orders, and problem-solving.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual capable of working in a team environment. The candidate must be willing to learn details of a specialized product and field, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and at the same time multi-task.
The preferred candidate has a Bachelor's or Associate's degree and/or a strong business work history. Desirable assets include prior customer service experience & strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
M-F, 7am-4pm
