The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the greater Fayetteville area to find an EHS Manager for their team.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Understanding of Federal/State environmental and OSHA laws and regulations to ensure all local, state and federal regulatory requirements and permits are being met and implemented
  • Develops and conducts safety training for employees
  • Oversee the incident investigation process to ensure incidents are investigated and root causes are identified
  • Monitor site metrics and conduct report outs of metrics to the plant management team
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment across the plant in all departments for all personnel
  • Manage the environmental, safety, and health department at the plant level
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and guidelines are followed by all team members and provide any updates to these programs and policies in accordance with government policies
  • Maintain all OSHA programs such as Chemical Handling, Construction, Slips/Trips/Falls, Environmental Compliance, DOT compliance, and more
  • Provide continuous safety education and training to all employees along with leading new hire orientation through safety training
  • Provide regular reports to corporate safety team


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience as EHS/Safety Manager overseeing entire safety program required
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
