About ReviveMed:

ReviveMed is a leading AI platform spun out of MIT, specializing in metabolomics for precision medicine. Our patented technology detects 20x more metabolites per patient than current platforms, turning data into actionable insights. We partner with top pharmaceutical companies and cancer centers to develop digital metabolic twins, advancing drug discovery and precision medicine in oncology and cardio-metabolic diseases.

Fellowship Overview:

We are offering a unique 3 to 6-month Industry Fellowship designed for PhD candidates or recent graduates with a strong background in Computational Biology. This program will provide hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, biology, and healthcare. As a Fellow, you will work closely with our team on real-world projects involving metabolomics, machine learning, and the application of computational methods to clinical research.

What You'll Do:
  • Work on advanced AI-driven computational biology projects, including algorithm development, data integration, and model optimization.
  • Contribute to machine learning models such as Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) for predicting drug responses and patient outcomes.
  • Analyze multi-omic datasets (metabolomics, genomics, etc.) to uncover biological insights related to disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses.
  • Assist in developing digital metabolic twins to model metabolic processes and predict disease risks and treatment responses.
  • Gain experience in translating research findings into industry applications for precision medicine.

Who You Are:
  • A PhD candidate (or recent graduate) in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in machine learning, Python, and/or R for biological data analysis.
  • Experience working with omics data (metabolomics, genomics, etc.) is preferred.
  • A passion for precision medicine and translating computational insights into real-world healthcare solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
  • Hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI applications for computational biology.
  • Mentorship from industry leaders and exposure to pharmaceutical partnerships.
  • A flexible, collaborative work environment with remote options.
  • A stipend for the duration of the fellowship.

Compensation:

This is a contractor position offering a competitive stipend for the duration of the 3 to 6-month fellowship.
