Insight Global is looking for a EHS Manager to work for a manufacturer in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on position will coordinate and manage the activities of the facility to meet and/or exceed federal, state, and local health, safety and environmental regulations while assisting with projects and tasks related to sustainability efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/ EHS or another related discipline is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Needs all three Environmental, Health, and Safety experience)
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements (OSHA/Regulatory reporting, Permits)
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Team player with strong leadership skills
