Position Summary: Biomason is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and the timely achievement of project milestones. This position will report directly to the Director of Program Innovation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet objectives, scope, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments including research, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Manage project communication with stakeholders, including regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee project budget, ensuring that financial resources are used effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in construction materials, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership and team management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent use of computer and project management tools.
Work Conditions:
- Office-based work environment with occasional visits to labs and production facilities.
- Exposure to normal office noise and operational settings.
