EHS Manager leads the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts for our Beverly location near Boston,MA s. This individual would lead the EHS operations, compliance, and trainings to prevent occupational injuries, illnesses, or related emergencies due to exposure to hazardous materials or working conditions.

EHS Manager leads the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts for our Beverly location near Boston,MA s. This individual would lead the EHS operations, compliance, and trainings to prevent occupational injuries, illnesses, or related emergencies due to exposure to hazardous materials or working conditions.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.
- Leads facility's Emergency Response Team on all EHS related activities and operations including Fire & HAZMAT Safety, CPR, & First Aid.
- Manage safety and environmental risk analyses as well as analyses of accidents, incidents and malfunctions in safety and the environment
- Coordinate the site's health, safety, and environment initiatives, involving various internal and external partners
- Collaborate with SBU Global EHS Manager on key strategic initiatives and implement the programs in an effective and timely manner. Participate actively with Global SBU EHS Manager in implementing Littelfuse sustainability and Energy savings program initiatives and projects.
- Conducts site Safety audits and weekly Gemba walks
- Schedules regular EHS Trainings and activities.
- Collaborate with site quality team on environmental management: ISO 140001 site certification and routine performance audits.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports on corporate requirements EHS systems.
- Maintains and updates all new and existing site procedures and documents all onsite events.
- Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes sound recommendations for site EHS Procedures and safety programs.
- Monitors the removal of biological, physical or chemical hazards from the workplaceAdvises the corporate administrative team on safety issues and compliance in specific areas of operations
- Inspects and verifies Littelfuse EHS compliance with relevant Environmental and Safety regulations
- Maintains accurate and current records in accordance with EH&S guidelines
- Analyze incident reports, metrics and injury cases in order to recommend changes that lead to a safer environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor or University Degree in Engineering
- 5 or more years of experience in EHS Preferred
- Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing and compliance.
- Safety Certifications - CSP or CIH preferred
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office and SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
