Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to manage consultants performing environmental tasks across Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey. This position is open to candidates who can work within a four-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Maryland and southeast Pennsylvania, as well as expertise in the following areas:
Stream and wetland field studies
Rare, Threatened, and Endangered Species Consultation, field studies, and reporting at both the state and federal levels (US Fish and Wildlife Service)
Stream and Wetland permitting at both the state and federal levels (US Army Corps of Engineers)
NPDES permitting for linear projects and substation sites
Additional qualifications include:
Experience with linear projects is preferred
Proficiency in working with and managing field consultants
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Experience managing a large volume of projects
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong desire to learn new skills
