About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. This role focuses on managing environmental projects, with a strong foundation in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and technical report writing. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental engineering, project management, and assessments. Your Mission:
Create and update project proposals for various geographies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
Manage environmental projects, including groundwater monitoring, to ensure regulatory compliance and project specifications are met.
Conduct field investigations and serve as the lead report writer and senior author for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).
Oversee assessments related to asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality.
Analyze reports, maps, and drawings to assess soil composition, terrain, and other topographical data for project planning and design.
Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and manage project budgets and schedules to meet financial and temporal targets.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Address and resolve issues during the project lifecycle efficiently and effectively.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain client documents and files for tracking purposes and operational needs.
Handle special client requests related to typing and billing with professionalism.
Maintain regular attendance to ensure project management and team support.
Adhere to established safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
Core Competencies:
Environmental Project Management: Expertise in managing projects, including groundwater monitoring, environmental assessments, and compliance with regulations.
Technical Reporting: Skilled in preparing and authoring Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
Client Relations: Ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
Financial & Temporal Management: Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field Preferred.
0-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments Preferred.
Proven experience in report writing and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Florida's Jessica Lunsford Act.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and function in a high-stress environment.
Skills Required:
Project Management: Expertise in managing environmental projects and assessments.
Technical Report Writing: Proficient in authoring technical reports for ESAs.
Client Communication: Strong skills in responding to client inquiries and managing expectations.
Environmental Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory standards and environmental compliance.
Certifications:
None required for this position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Preferred.
