Job Responsibilities:


  • Instruct children, ages 6 months and up on basic water safety skills and how to swim, using the Splash
    curriculum.
  • Communicate with staff and parents on the progress of the students.
  • Manage daily operations of our lesson program and facility to ensure that the Splash standards of safety and quality are never compromised
  • Over see continued education of current staff as well as develop and inspire new staff
  • Be an expert at our teaching program, policies and have a working knowledge of office procedures
  • Set the tone for excellent customer service to all Splash students and their families
  • Above all, this is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you have the ability to maintain composure and be a leader
Qualifications & Requirements :


  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Previous experience with aquatic instruction is strongly preferred
  • Strong people & communication skills
  • Valid Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certificates required
