The Department of Agriculture, Biology and Health Sciences seeks applications from qualified individuals who are interested in part time teaching positions as adjunct instructors in the Department of Agriculture, Biology & Health Sciences. Applications may or may not result in immediate hiring, but we will keep applications on file. Teaching assignments may include daytime or evening classes and may occur at the Cameron University Lawton or Duncan campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adjunct faculty may teach a maximum of nine credit hours during a semester. We are especially interested in adjunct faculty who are qualified to teach lower division undergraduate courses in the areas of agriculture, agronomy, human biology, human anatomy, human physiology, and microbiology, though other subject areas may be available depending upon student demand.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in the academic discipline, or a Master's degree in a related area with at least 18 hours of graduate coursework in the academic discipline.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree (or a higher degree) in the appropriate field and documented successful college teaching experience.
SALARY RANGE:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
