Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are Goldfish Swim School, where we not only teach kids to swim but also educate them about the importance of water safety. As we expand our operations across Westchester County, we are seeking an Experienced Aquatics Professional to join our vibrant and energetic team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in swimming education, pool operations, and other aquatics-related areas, with the potential for upward mobility as we continue to grow.

Position: Experienced Aquatics Professional
Location: Westchester County
Reports to: Regional Director of Operations


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standard of safety, reliability and cleanliness in our pool areas

Develop and monitor a complex schedule of routine and preventative maintenance.

Monitor and regulate pool chemistry, ensuring optimal water quality.

Maintain and troubleshoot common pool systems like heaters, pumps, and filters.

Deliver professional and high-quality swimming lessons in line with our curriculum.

Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring best practices.

Provide top-notch customer service, fostering a positive rapport with our community.

Oversee operations across two++ schools, displaying exceptional management skills.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification desired.
• Advanced lifeguard and safety certifications are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of pool chemistry.
• Experience with Chlorking Nexgen chlorine systems, Ultaviolet machines, and Chemtrol management units preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in aquatics, particularly swimming education and pool operations.
