ago PCR/RT - PCR/qPCR Translational Research ELISA ASSAYS cell biology cloning sample collection mammalian cell culture Western Blot Bench Scientist - Cell Biology & Translational Research Responsibilities: Support key drug discovery programs and assets in oncology-related research at the Pfizer, Boulder Research Unit Perform Mammalian Cell Cultures Perform Protein analysis, e.g Western Blot and ELISA Qualifications: Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field A minimum 0-3+ years of related experience A strong background in cellular, molecular biology, genetics, pharmacology or related field is required Proficiency in cell culture, plate-based cellular assays, sample collection, PCR, Western blotting and cloning Experience with Mammalian Cell Culture PCR/RT - PCR/qPCR experience Experience with protein analysis, e.g. Western Blot and ELISA Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player and collaboration mentality Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred Comfortable presenting data in a team environment Rate/Location: $38 - $41 per hour This is a fully onsite position in Boulder, CO Please note contractors are engaged to provide services to Pfizer on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors are hired and employed through Atrium, our third-party payrolling partner. This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Pfizer. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
