Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000 (DEO)
What You'll Be Doing:Enforcing watershed protection policies and reviewing construction site erosion control plans
Investigating environmental problems and maintaining watershed covenants
Collaborating with departments to ensure environmental compliance
Educating employees on Watershed Protection Policy (WPP) and updating it with experts
Coordinating with zoning authorities and monitoring landfills for compliance
Conducting temperature checks via SCADA technology and performing water quality sampling
Performing SAP tasks related to purchasing goods and services
What You'll Need to be Considered:Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management, Geology, Hydrology, Chemistry, or Civil/Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience
Five years of field and office experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and QCI certification or obtained within 12 months
ADEM Watershed certificate or obtained within 12 months
