This person will act as the Project Lead for implementation of federal rules across stakeholder groups. They will take the finalized rules and work with 5 or 6 internal stakeholders and get them implemented across the assets. They will not have to handle the external advocacy pieces mentioned in the job description nor will they be responsible for the external state agency piece.

Must have's:
Project Mgmt exp
Basin Environmental knowledge
Upstream federal regulations knowledge

Nice to have's:
Previous Experience with Bureau of Land Management field offices (established relationships)

Nice to have's:
ONRR reporting (royalty on federal lands)
CEDrY (reporting to BLM)
Reporting for upstream oil and gas

Personality Traits:
Influencer skills for working with stakeholders (Ops, PRA)
Facilitator skills
Understanding that a rule is a rule (not a suggestion)
Familiar with federal rule implementation
