Key job responsibilities:

Look ahead to identify issues, risks, opportunities and trends that may impact INX from an ESG and corporate responsibility perspective.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a regular cadence of ESG reporting, both internal and external, including production of an annual ESG Report, and other reporting products as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an ESG dashboard for functional leaders and the executive team.
  • Draft clear, synthesized and well-supported content for annual reporting.
  • Manage ESG reporting to third parties as appropriate.
  • Anticipate regulatory trends and their implications.
  • Establish adherence to the sustainability laws and regulations that apply to our industry, process, and type of business.
  • Plan, coordinate, review process, and track results for INX's various ESG efforts.
  • Promote ongoing dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to develop constructive, transparent relationships. When needed, evaluate and coordinate the use of external consultants.
  • Revise key processes and related criteria/metrics/tools for decisions.
  • Coach decision-makers to manage complex trade-offs.
  • Identify gaps and adopt appropriate educational initiatives for upskilling and/or sourcing the missing capabilities.
  • Share and disseminate knowledge and best practices.
  • Raise awareness of ESG commitments and progress to INX employees, vendors, customers, and our parent company Sakata.
  • Develop content for the ESG portion of the INX website, working with internal partners to build out and refresh content.
  • Champion cultural change across the entire organization through education.
