Accountabilities:
In this anticipated clinical development role in V&I, you will be given the opportunity to work on one of our current or new vaccine or monoclonal antibody programs for viral or bacterial diseases in a truly international working environment, with opportunities to interact with key clinical team members (e.g., clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory affairs).

- Fully qualified physician (MD or MD PhD) with clinical experience, preferably in infectious diseases or immunology
- 5 plus years experience in clinical drug development, preferably from pharma industry
- Good understanding of clinical trials methodology
- Experience in the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies (e.g., medical monitoring, data cleaning)
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including giving presentations) in English
- Be office based at an AstraZeneca site
