We're seeking a future team member for the role of Principal to join our Office of Recovery and Resolution Planning team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead multiple workstreams to achieve recovery and resolution planning objectives.
  • Delegate to, support, and coach junior staff.
  • Present to senior management and regulators on assigned topics.
  • Develop and execute projects plans.
  • Design and facilitate testing of capabilities in assigned topics.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Graduate degree (MBA) is preferred. 10-12 years of total work experience preferred in the financial services, financial consulting industry, and/or with similar regulatory reporting responsibilities.
  • Experience driving and facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Strong communicator and presenter.
  • Problem-solver with ability to assess and improve processes.
  • Proven leader with ability to develop talent
