We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Environment, Health and Safety Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of safety programs, policies, & procedures to ensure an environmentally safe & secure workplace that meets or exceeds all Federal, State, Local regulations & standards.
• Create & maintain Site(s) compliance calendar for all relevant EHS functions & responsibilities.
• Develop appropriate training for employees & contractors related to implemented EH&S programs.
• Manage site & laboratory EHS audits & inspections & ensure corrective actions are followed through.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience in a chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing operation
• Experience in an EH&S Leadership role
