Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking an Entry Level Environmental Geologist/Scientist for employment within our Environmental Remediation Practices group in our Houston, Texas office to support soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Conducting environmental field work, including environmental site investigations; collecting soil, groundwater, and remediation system data; soil logging; groundwater sampling; fluid level gauging; and oversight of field surveys, drilling, well installation, development operations, and utility clearance for intrusive operations.
Field document preparation and field data collection, processing, and interpretation.
Provide office support for data analysis, data management, report preparation, and to maintain the required AECOM-related documentation and forms.
Interpret and record data, conduct analyses, and compare findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
Travel to project locations including driving and overnight stays.
