The EHS Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring our associates are able to return each day to help us in our mission in healthcare.
The position is part of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Hematology and Urinalysis manufacturing and research operation located in the greater Miami area. and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Implement your vision for South Florida operations
- Manage EHS for 2 sites
- Drive continuous improvement in safety in manufacturing and research spaces
- Manage a diverse waste stream system
- Lead and support incident investigations and help drive preventative actions
- Communicate key leading performance indicators and help drive those metrics
- Provide input into corporate EHS standards and initiatives
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health and Safety, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar, with 9+ years of experience OR Master's Degree in same with 7+ years of experience
- Responsible for budget, vendor management, and safety matrix reporting
- FDA-regulated industry or manufacturing experience
It would be a plus if you also possess:
- ASP and/or CSP certifications
