A Washington FQHC is seeking their new Interim Chief Medical Officer!

The Position
  • The Interim Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will be responsible for the high-level oversight and day-to-day operations of medical staff throughout the FQHC.
  • This position will play a large role in re-focusing organization goals and metrics on patient safety, rounding, quality, process improvement and input initiatives.
  • Seeking a passionate leader who will portray critical thinking skills, strategy, and will encourage optimal employee/physician engagement, collaboration, and communication to ensure a cohesive unit.
  • Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • MD/DO license is required.
  • Healthcare experience is required.

Pay Details
  • Pay Range: $320,000 - $330,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
