The candidate should preferably have experience working at the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") or the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division ("ENRD"), as is an experience involving and/or implementing these agencies' regulatory frameworks. Specific working knowledge of and familiarity with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ("FIFRA"), the Toxic Substances Control Act ("TSCA"), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA"), and/or the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) is preferred. Membership in the District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing, is also required.
