Job Description
The Environmental Studies program is seeking adjuncts to teach the course
"Environmental Connections," which offers 4 semester credits. This interdisciplinary course serves as an introduction to current environmental issues, grounded in ecological perspectives of the world. It explores the interconnections between human communities and physical environments. Drawing insights from various fields, such as political science, biology, economics, literature, sociology, chemistry, and history, the course also emphasizes experiential education and service-learning. Students engage with real-world environmental challenges that affect their daily lives and contribute to a campus project, bridging theory with practical application.
