We are expanding our taskforce to help clients in emission management and greenhouse gas (GHG) portfolio and provide emission reduction analytics and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and thrive your career, while making a difference to our environment.

We are seeking an environmental application engineer to join the environmental team to implement our emission management system ENVision for clients. The candidate will learn about Wood environmental application and different environmental aspects from Air Compliance to greenhouse gas emissions, water, wastewater and solid waste. On a daily basis, the engineer will help the client to map data, build configuration and deploy the solution for clients to prepare and submit emission reports, provide the performance analytics to drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to collect functional requirements and data input, and map data according to ENVision emission data model
  • Work with project team to build, configure, validate, and deliver project solutions to clients under the guidance of project manager and technical lead
  • Support ENVision applications both during project implementation and maintenance period with troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Develop project documents including functional design and detailed design


Skills / Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
    • 2-5 years of project work experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work with team and independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project / application stakeholders
    • Knowledge in any environmental filed (including and not limited to air compliance, carbon emissions) is a plus
    • Industry knowledge in any of the following fields; Oil and Gas, Power Utility, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, etc. is a plus
    • Must be a US Citizen, or authorized to work lawfully in the US, without sponsorship from Wood
