As the Environmental Analysis & Integration Manager, you will lead data analytics for all environmental initiatives at Walt Disney World, as well as the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) segment reporting internally, and validate data for external reporting in partnership with The Walt Disney Company's Environmental Sustainability team. You will be relied upon to provide expert data-driven decision making support to guide strategy and targets. We ask that you create and build partnerships among global site environmental partners, Facilities Operations Services (FOS), utilities partners, Industrial Engineering, Corporate Environmental Sustainability, Finance, Operations, Environmental Integration team and more. This position will report to the Environmental Integration Director.

Responsibilities:
- Be the primary DPEP liaison with corporate environmental partners in running the official third-party environmental database (including organization of data tables, creating common language and definitions, system improvements and updates, and other source-data and reporting tool integrations)
- Lead WDW information design as it pertains to creation of effective data collection, database or data warehouse requirements and consolidation and QA/QC of source data
- Lead segment data visualization design including infographics, dashboards, and other useful reporting visualizations for audiences at various operating and leadership levels
- Build and maintain partnerships across the segment to ensure timely data entry and validation
- Develop new measurement plans and studies to advise target development and projects to achieve goals
- Track and report progress to targets and provide regular ad-hoc analysis
- Generate innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Knowledge advanced modeling such as materials Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), emissions equivalent conversion factors (MTCO2), water reduction modeling, waste minimization calculation methodology, and landfill diversion from planned or proposed projects or initiatives
- Create and deliver clear and insightful PowerPoint presentations to partners and clients at various levels in the organization
- Field work will be a crucial component of this work
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Previous experience with conveying analysis results, recommendations, and concepts to partners at all levels, including non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and an inquisitiveness to explain data-driven results
- Ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story and provide useful recommendations
- Proven skills in balancing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools for reporting and dashboard development (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Schedule availability will include irregular hours to accommodate domestic and international time zones (US West Coast, Europe and Asia (possibility of 5-10 hours per month)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of The Walt Disney Company's environmental goals and targets
- Previous experience supporting operations lines of business
- Previous experience working with data-driven support teams such as I.E., Pricing, Finance, and Decision Science
- Previous experience driving behavior change initiatives
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability industry tools and modeling (e.g., US EPA WARM model)
- Prior experience designing and analyzing studies or experiments
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
Preferred Education:
- Master's Degree in Data Analytics related focus
