Are you a creative problem solver, one who enjoys the challenge of developing innovative ways to restore impacts to habitat? Become a Habitat Restoration Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you will possess strong project and contractor management skills allowing you to coordinate with internal technical departments and external resource professionals to implement habitat restoration projects. You will apply a healthy skepticism of existing assumptions to uncover better solutions to some of the challenges we face in our efforts to restore California’s native habitats.  What’s more, you’ll bring your ability to communicate clearly, even to non-technical business partners, which is essential to our success.

The Coastal and Mitigation Projects (CAMP) team develops and implements creative solutions to restore habitat, including that which supports threatened and endangered species, temporarily impacted by SCE’s projects, and finds high-quality mitigation lands to offset permanent habitat impacts. CAMP is a highly productive, collaborative, open, and creative team who value quality in their work. The team members bring unique and diverse skills to the table and enjoy the camaraderie associated with working together and collaborating to resolve challenges.
