We are looking for a talented and proactive person who will join our team as Project Execution Team Lead! The main remit of this Team is:Make sure that the Projects are completed in time and mannerCarry out Project Management and Engineering actionsCustomer relation during the life of the projectCommunication with customers and other Stakeholders.Desirable skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in industrial/Electrical/Energy/Electronics Engineering (or other relevant disciplines)Minimum 5 years of working experienceProven experience in managing teams and resourcesTeam management and Resource allocationCoaching and engament of teams experienceProven experience in the RE SectorProven experience in managing and dealing with customersOpen minded and Out of the box thinking in front of challenguesDriven by communication and customer centricityPerformance evaluation experience on employeesRenewable Energy Plants/Projects/Market proficient understanding and knowledgeProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointProficient communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English & Spanish (at least)Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to develop and enjoy taking on challenges and responsibilitiesProactivity and autonomous kind of personProficient in Planning/Managing and also, Project Economics main KPIS. Your day to day will include: You will be managing a team that will be responsible of executing a number of projects. Your team will be formed by Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technical Commissionners. Continuous perfomance evaluation of the teamProjects allocation to the available resourcesHelping the company to win new deals by understaning the customer needsOne to One meetings with the team membersHelp keeping a high engament on the teamLeasing with the other team members to improve processes inside the departmentEnsure that the processes are being followed and the projects are delivered with the highest quality possibleManaging escallations appropiatellyPrioritise the most urgent task and guiding the team towards completing the projectsProcessing the internal company processes as a Team Lead responsible of a teamYou will have an overview of all the projects being developed worldwide by the team and reporting the economic status and completion status when neededInvolving the needed internal teams to ensure progression of the projectsYou will be reporing to the Global Head of Project Execution.Let's work together towards a fully renewable ecosystem to improve the world for future generations!
