Responsibilities for Vice President of EHS:Supervise and continue to build our North American Compliance teamEnsure a robust set of leading indicators to focus on EHS risk reduction, compliance, and strong EHS resultsOversee the team that manages the compliance of our entire regulated waste transportation fleetLead the staff that manages our enterprise-wide OSHA, DOT, RCRA and technical employee training programLead the staff that oversees our RCRA permitted operationsCollaborate with operational leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learningImplement innovative approaches to reducing EHS risk across Triumvirate's operational footprintResponsible for developing and implementing the company's policies, procedures, trainings, and governance / auditing program to ensure compliance with the same Provide EHS due diligence support and guidance for company's transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, real property sales, new site development, and site decommissioning and closure activities.Lead the team that oversees any compliance related insurance claims - workers compensation, transportation, field services, etc.Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all new operational employees are properly screened and tested prior to employmentGuide the daily monitoring of the safety of our employees including managing our relationships with third-party occupational clinics.Qualifications for the Vice President of EHS: Bachelor's degree in relevant studies required.
