This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Right of Way Condemnation Agent for our Dallas office. The following locations will also be considered: Houston, and Remote. Be involved in projects with our WSP Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

* Licensed by Texas Real Estate Commission
* IRWA Certifications is a plus
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in required in working with TXDOT ROWAPS contracts. Knowledge of TxDOT policy and proceduresPerforms technical and clerical work
* Title Curative
* Preparation of Condemnation Packages
* Coordination of Special Commissioner Hearings
* Conducts County record searches for property information
* Ability to review Title and identify potential issues
* Light travel when permitted
