Mahoney Environmental Solutions is looking for an Integration Project Manager to join our team. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish and will own the integration process and support all active deals. This is a remote position.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Job Description:
The Integration Project Manager drives the integration of acquired companies end-to-end and leads enterprise-wide transformation projects. In this role you will own and support active integrations. This includes, among other things:
* Project plans and roadmaps across the portfolio
* Playbooks
* Scorecards and KPIs
* Business processes
* Roadmap tracking and reporting (milestones/RAID)
* Document repositories, templates, internal websites
Essential Functions

* Partner with M&A team in developing concept of operations (ConOps) models and build and manage the delivery of the integration/transition plans to execute on ConOps model.
* Lead transition/integration efforts from concept through full Mahoney Environmental program implementation.
* Obtain key buy-in from all stakeholders prior to final negotiations on ConOps which will become the project requirements for project planning purposes.
* Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
* Lead projects from requirements' definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
* Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
* Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
* Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
* Delivers effective execution of the projects, with Health Safety Environmental and Compliance focus.
* Performs Management of Change (MOC) through the transition process.
* Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
* Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
* Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.

Travel required: 50-60% annual average
Required Education And Experience
* 8+ years project management experience
* PMP certification or equivalent BS degree
* Experience and competency to lead teams the deploy company software platforms
