Job DescriptionAdecco is currently assisting one of our clients in the Glendale area looking for a Microbiologist for a cosmetic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Independently conducting microbiological analyses of bulk products, raw materials, special samples, environmental samples including various types of and samples according to Company Standards.

Responsibilities for this Microbiologist include, but are not limited to:
Perform daily Microbial tests of all approved bulk and finished products, including gram staining tests as needed.
Perform routine inspection of DI-Water, micro testing, dissolve solids, pH, and Chlorine content as needed.
Coordinate with management to deliver Microbial results on time.
Perform Out-of-Specification investigation, document the result, and report the findings to management.
Perform monthly or as-needed Environmental Air Monitoring tests.
Perform Production Line Swabbing.
Order & maintain Micro Lab Supply.
Maintain Quality Retained Samples.
Keep management informed of any non-compliance quality & safety issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Comply with legal regulations.
To be considered for this Microbiologist position, you:
2-3 years of related experience.
BS in Microbiology or Biology is preferred.
Attention to detail & proactive mindset personality is essential.

Pay rate $20/hr-$27/hr DOE
