Responsibilities
Overall Function Climate Corps has ambitious plans to activate its network of hosts, alumni, partners and external peer groups to advance sustainability. The US Fellowship Program Network Manager plays a critical role in the success of maintaining and building the network initiative which now includes over 1,000 members and represents more than 80% of Climate Corps' global alumni network. In addition, they will directly engage with organizations by managing a portfolio of host relationships as well as participating in key programmatic processes. This position reports to the Senior Network Manager. Work Location- Hybrid Raleigh, Boston, New York, DC or Austin Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to the Senior Network Manager in the implementation of Climate Corps' global network strategy.Lead development and execution of network activities serving alumni of the US Fellowship Program, including, but not limited to the following activities:Participate in advancing EDF DEI goals in which people from all backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included, and empowered to address the environmental and organizational challenges in alignment with EDF values US Fellowship Program Network StrategyDevelop and execute specific strategy and project plans in alignment with EDF strategic priorities, incorporating input from consultants, alumni, network research and other key stakeholders; Identify and initiate strategic partnerships with external organizations - public, nonprofit and private - to contribute to growth of Climate Corps' network impact;Identify goals, targets, and key metrics for network development activities;Create and manage the US Fellowship Program Network & events budget;Energizing and Resourcing the NetworkAct as the first-stop for all alumni requests for support. This includes fielding calls, emails and monitoring social platform communications.Design and oversee the scheduling and execution of year-round network engagement in partnership with teammates charged with professional development and networking events;Oversee the strategy of the annual US Climate Corps program Summit, the program's annual virtual conference;Manage and promote the Climate Corps Connect platform;Recruit and manage alumni as regional hub network managers; Oversee Climate Corps' US program's alumni mentor program.Communicating with the NetworkOversee the development and execution of US Fellowship Program Alumni Network communications including;Communications calendarMonthly newsletterIndividual & miscellaneous commsCommunicate program results to internal and external stakeholders through reports, conferences, presentations, and other methods.Contribute to global alumni storytelling.Tracking Network Engagement Design a process for tracking and monitoring network member participation, initiative progress against goals, potential network reach, and impact; Maintain network metrics on a quarterly basis;Execute and analyze the annual US Fellowship Program Alumni Network survey.Supervise one or more team members in their daily job functions.Manage five Climate Corps engagements, and deepen relationships with hosts throughout the year through relationship management processes;Participate in advancing EDF DEI goals in which people from all backgrounds and experiences feel connected, included, and empowered to address the environmental and organizational challenges in alignment with EDF values Manage and coordinate projects with interdisciplinary teams.Independently troubleshoot problems where precedents are not always available.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsBachelor's degree required in related field. Advanced degree a plus.At least 6 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with at least 4 years of related work experience in the corporate or non-profit sectors, including demonstrated ability to manage people, complex projects and partnerships to achieve program goals.Working knowledge of corporate and public sector sustainability.Demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency and inclusivity, and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse cultures and backgrounds.A high level of strategic thinking is required, in order to synthesize complex information to identify and deploy action plans.Possess a high degree of diplomacy to influence and manage key stakeholders and teams.Demonstrated ability to independently recommend and determine approaches to completing projects and managing processes where precedents are not always available.Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience.Strong analytical skills and experience performing rigorous analysis in support of highly visible work.Exceptional personal organization and attention to detail required.Strong ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, both independently and as a member of multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced and creative environment.Proficiency in the use of PCs, Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), database programs, Google office programs and Salesforce.

Please note that pay ranges are country specific. As a result, the stated currency is not meant be converted into any other currency.

USD $93,000.00/Yr.
