Project Manager - Environmental Compliance - Cincinnati, OH

Trihydro Corporation has an opening for an environmental compliance project manager in its Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will join our Industrial, Commercial, & Energy Services Business Unit and assist in providing clients across industries with effective, responsive, and safe solutions. Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Managing environmental permitting and compliance projects
Developing Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits
Providing hazardous waste, hazardous materials, environmental management system (EMS), air quality, and other environmental regulatory compliance services
Performing Phase I and II environmental due diligence assessments
Conducting regulatory research
Assisting with compliance planning and auditing
Preparing state and federal environmental reports.
Assisting clients with developing their sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs, which involves collecting and analyzing facility data, developing content, and establishing actionable sustainability solutions
Assisting with business development and marketing efforts, including technical proposals and cost estimates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of relevant environmental industry experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PG), Professional Geologist (PG), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or able to obtain licensure
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, such as SPCC, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act (CWA), SWPPP, underground storage tank (UST)/aboveground storage tank (AST) systems
Experience with sustainability and ESG reporting
Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to an established team of geologists, engineers, and scientists to meet client service expectations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and project team members
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and affiliated applications
Clean driving record and a commitment to safe operations
Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices
The preferred candidate will be based in our Cincinnati, OH office.
