Job Details:
SUMMARY: Responsibilities will vary from performing one procedure or work instruction to a number of analytical microbiological or quality system procedures or work instructions in a food safety laboratory. Precision and accuracy in performance of the work instructions and data collection is essential; must be able to maintain ISO records for process control and comply with quality system and safety requirements. Initial proficiency testing must be passing and competency will be verified at least annually thereafter. Team member will be required to demonstrate proficiency and growth after training; other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: College degree in Biology Microbiology Chemistry Food Science and or Physical Sciences. Experience and or Expertise: Prefer laboratory experience. Computer Skills: General knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory: None Travel: None
