-Be our visionary leader for the biology team
-External face of biology for the company in BD, investors, and other significant meetings
-Provide strategic direction in developing our future development and manufacturing approach
-Provide technical expertise from bench to GMP manufacturing (GMP is required as you will help map out our strategy)
-Manage a team of scientists for a fast growing biology team
-Work with internal and external relationships
-Be very comfortable developing and giving presentations to numerous audiences (you will be our go-to speaker for many biology topics at conferences)What You Need for this Position-PhD in Biology or similar with 8+ years of industry experience
-Experience serving as a director or higher at a therapeutic company
-Extensive experience with the following
-Management
-iPSC
-Stem Cell Biology
-GMP
-Pluripotent Stem Cells
-Regenerative Medicine
