We are seeking a highly motivated Lab/Research Associate with a biology background to join our clients analytical development team. The successful candidate will support the research programs to bring novel medicines to the clinic. This position is a great opportunity for experienced associates as well as recent graduates to expand their skills in state-of-the-art molecular biology techniques while accelerating therapeutic development in gene therapy.

Job Requirements:
- BS/MS in Molecular Biology, or a related field
- Lab experience
- Experience with PCR, DNA and RNA isolation, gel run, and western blot
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, thorough, and capable to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine molecular biology techniques, including but not limited to:
- Support ddPCR assays developed in partnership with other team members
- Support establishing novel cell culture systems
- Help implement technology for studying signal transduction of therapeutic compounds in cellular systems
- Documentation of results in appropriate formats
- Manage inventory of required materials
- Responsible for stocking and organizing incoming lab supplies
