Must haves:
-Associate's/Bachelors in a safety or environmental science program
-APPLICATION IMPLEMENTATION
Responsibilities:
-Support the daily operational and implementation needs of the EHS program at the Gainesville and associated sites.
-Perform duties related to environmental, safety and industrial hygiene programs, according to federal and state regulatory requirements as well as the BI programs BE SAFE and BE GREEN.
-In coordination with the EHS Manager, the role will solely manage a limited number of EHS programs, depending on experience and background, and will support the department for the remaining elements while developing skills in these areas
-Manage a limited number of EHS programs
-Assisting internal customers with their EHS needs, such as permitting, making improvements, training and investigating incidents.
-Conduct inspections of contracted work, laboratories, waste management areas, and process and maintenance areas for compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
-Participate in the site EHS Committee, Medical Emergency Response Team and Incident Response Team. Manage a limited number of EHS programs
