- Work with diverse data analysis methods and workflows.
- Shape experimental design, collaborate on analysis, and be at the table drawing meaningful insights from the data
- Deliver value to the team by building tools for your peers providing biologists self-service computational support.
- Support in developing computational pipelines that will integrate with existing ML and informatics platforms.
- Strategically provide computational guidance for assay design and high-throughput method development
We are looking for:
- Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, or related discipline.
- >4 years of industry experience (*****MUST HAVE) as we are looking for a more senior member of our team
- Understanding of diverse biological systems.
- Experience developing bioinformatics pipelines and analyzing NGS data (including RNA-seq and amplicon sequencing)
- A team player caring about company culture
- Proficiency in Python and R.
- Ability to collaborate directly with experimental scientists
- Enthusiasm for innovation, novel approaches, and new modalities in science, drug discovery, and development.
Nice to have:
- Experience working on research related to T Cell, CAR T, T cell engages, Immunology, Immunotherapy, Cell Therapy, Cell-based assays
- Experience with Sort-seq, Cite-seq, Amplicon Protein Design,
- Understanding of drug design and development
