The Department of Biological and Health Sciences at Texas A&M University–Kingsville invites applications for a tenure-track appointment (nine-month basis) in Biology at the Assistant Professor level, beginning Fall 2023. Applicants should have a background in conservation biology with an emphasis in ichthyology, parasitology, aquatic biology, marine biology, or a related field. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses across the undergraduate/graduate curriculum and maintain an active research program, ideally be able to involve students in his/her scholarly work and serve in developing/revising organismal biology courses.
