Fortune 100 company in the engineering and construction industry is hiring for an experienced Environmental Scientist to assist them with projects in the Wallingford, CT area.

Flexible schedule- if you are flexible to work on a part-time or as-needed basis we will do our best to fit your schedule/hours requirement.

This role requires regional travel in the field for day trips to the project site. The majority of the work will be in the field, only office time is to discuss/report.

Looking for a senior-level candidate who has experience with

• Phase one/phase two remediation
• Groundwater sampling, soil sampling
• Experience monitoring of decontamination demolition of buildings preferred

Requirements for the Environmental Scientist

• 5+ years of relevant experience minimum
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Must have experience with remediation projects
