What will your essential responsibilities include?
  • Coordination of long-term Americas BU corporate strategy, in line with overall AXA XL and AXA Group strategic priorities, including strategy design, delivery, and accountability through identified KPIs
  • BU-led M&A activity, in coordination with Head of AXA XL Strategy and Corporate Development
  • Spearhead business cases and lead delivery of proofs of concept for BU-identified growth opportunities, new products, and investment opportunities
  • Liaise between BU and AXA Group, to support growth and cooperation with other Group entities and strategic investments (i.e., telematics)
  • Maintain regular cadence with AXA XL and AXA Group Strategy & Corporate Development teams
  • Work closely with AXA XL Head of Strategic Research to analyze regional/global market and competitor trends for opportunities and threats
  • Coordinate annual long-term BU Strategy documents, annual goal setting and operational plans
  • Present relevant strategic updates to local legal entity Boards
  • Complete SCALA quality control evaluations (strategic control monitoring and updating)
  • Accountability for delivering the Climate & Sustainability strategy of Americas BU

You will report to the CEO, Americas.

  • Sound understanding and use of financial planning, analysis and reporting approaches
  • Ability to understand complex issues and distill into analysis appropriate for C-suite level review
