Environmental Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Order, direct, track progress and review results of Phase 1 Environmental Investigations.
Order, direct, track progress and review results of Phase 2 Environmental Investigations.
Bid, award, coordinate, and track progress of Environmental Clean-up projects.
Order, direct and track progress of limited and pre-demo asbestos surveys. Ensure survey efforts are adequate to properly quantify ACM.
Bid and Award demolition and asbestos abatement projects.
Limited overnight travel required from time to time.
Knowledge and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of environmental project management experience. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, construction management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and a keen attention to detail.
Must be a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
