Job description:
•Impeccable lab practices, including aseptic cell line/primary cell maintenance and stimulation. Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability to optimize cell culture conditions, phenotypical assays, Western Blot, migration/contraction assays (fibroblasts), viability assays, qPCR, ELISA/multiplex protein assays.
•Experience with systems relevant to human lung/skin fibrosis such as airway epithelial cells, fibroblasts, smooth muscle cells, and endothelium.
•Familiar with co-culture, tissue explants, airway-liquid interface assays, 3D/microfluidic/chip systems a plus.
•Aptitude to communicate in a virtual environment and a hybrid office/virtual setting
•Proficient at maintaining accurate and well-organized records and laboratory electronic notebooks.
