Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with scientists to design and analyze multi-omics studies
Provide insights to multi-modal single-cell technologies and analytical techniques to generate insights on disease biology
Manage high-value internal & external datasets to enhance multi-omics data
Develop tools that automate data processing and visualization
Skills:
Python or R
Experience working with multi-omics data
Deep understanding of biology and math
Experience with working within the immuno-oncology & inflammation disease area
Experience in target discovery/validation
PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics
