A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THE DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
As the Director of Product and Program Management, you coordinate off-road and on-highway global product and program development planning. Your department serves as the key in the company's strategic planning for executing multi-generation launch plans for the next 3 to 5 years planning horizon. You identify and anticipate industry and customer future needs and utilize this information to prioritize the requirements and define the vision for these products. To define the vision for our products, you interact with internal and external sources for company market and product intelligence. You create business cases and launch product development programs.
Your program management responsibilities include managing all global long and short-form new product releases. You lead, coordinate, and revise the Sears Advanced Product Quality Planning program and ensure that all new global programs are in compliance. As the Director of Product and Program Management, you take great pride in your work and enjoy coming to work every day to lead your team and our company to success!
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, product management, marketing, finance, or business administration
3 years of similar product and program management experience
WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday.
