Overview:
RES is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in land development, agriculture, or construction, based in our Midwest Region.The Mission: RES currently works in over 27 states, with 20+ projects in each state. Our Operations team relies heavily on our Assistant Project Managers who closely monitor the logistic, material, and regulatory needs of individual projects.Due to the volume of projects in the region, a successful candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience handling data entry, analysis, and problem-solving; they are an excellent communicator capable of relaying information to a wide spectrum of positions within and outside of the company.RES works in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant, and ability to adapt to changes will make the candidate successful.

What your day-to-day might look like?:
50% of your time, you will be handling data entry and reporting related to the projects you are overseeing. This will include direct coordination with both project managers, site superintendents, laborers and vendors regarding AP, timesheets review, material ordering and staging, etc.30% of your time may be in assisting in administrative duties, including project submittals, monthly invoicing, etc.20% of your time will be spent at project sites directly monitoring and assisting project operations, as well as creating on-site reports regarding budget, construction progress, and safety.

Qualifications:
We would like to talk to you if you have many of the following:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in applied sciences, engineering, or similar field.2+ years of progressive experience in an applied-sciences, engineering, or construction field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.What will make you stand outExperience with any of the following programs: ArcGIS, CAD, NetSuite, Microsoft ProjectsOSHA TrainingExperience in Agriculture, Land development Who is RES: We are the nation's largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions.
