HIRING Environmental Scientists

*Urgently Hiring for an Environmental Scientist for a company with projects in NYC!* Hiring for an immediate opening for a company on LI seeking an Environmental Scientist for remediation projects in NYC. Role will require travel to LI office potentially once a month, but all remediation and sites of work are located in NYC. Position is fulltime with weekly pay with the options of benefits and 401k!
*Description:*
* Perform remediation duties on sites throughout NYC
* Ability to complete both phase 1 and phase 2 assessments
* Complete water sampling
* Complete soil sampling
* Provide construction oversight
* Knowledge of (CAMP) Community air monitoring
*Qualifications:*
* OSHA 40 Hazwoper
* Comfortable working in the filed
* 2 years of experience within the environmental filed
