Overview:
RES is seeking a Turnkey Project Manager I with 5+ years of experience to support our growth throughout Pennsylvania. The mission: to own the turnkey delivery of large and complex environmental restoration projects on time, within the scope, and within budget. We are looking for a LEADER who can manage multiple teams of diverse disciplines, strategize business/staff planning, and carry out fieldwork; a COMMUNICATOR, who is not only able to produce accurate construction documents but also explain to a variety of audiences with varying technical understanding why particular design approaches were chosen; and a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT in the stream/wetland restoration field who can innovate and implement solutions on challenging restoration projects.

What your day-to-day might look like?:
You will be supporting new and existing projects, in all project phases. You will be developing project scopes, schedules, and costs, based on your evaluation of the financial feasibility and regulatory and technical requirements. Therefore, experience with environmental permitting and knowledge of the regulatory requirements in Pennsylvania, is required. You will be evaluating bids and proposals from subcontractors and managing subcontractors. You will be interacting with our project accounting team, supporting the revenue recognition process and the delivery of the financial reports, so experience with business financials (i.e., forecasting, budgeting, contract terms) will support your application.

Qualifications:
We would love to talk to you if you have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applied sciences, engineering, or similar field5+ years of progressive experience in applied sciences, engineering, or construction field; 2+ years of Project Management Experience within the 5+ yearsKnowledge of the regulatory requirements of the state of Pennsylvania.What will make you stand out?Experience in environmental restoration design, stream and wetland restoration, natural resource evaluation and permitting, and mitigation plan developmentExperience as a project-level task leader for applied sciences, engineering, or construction tasks.Advanced Degree or additional qualifications such as certifications (PMP) Who is RES: We are the nation's largest and most experienced provider of ecological restoration and water resource solutions.
