Seeking collaborative and adaptable scientists with a background in cancer biology! We are looking for a biology Research Associate to join a growing biotech company in San Diego working on small molecule drug discovery.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with the biology team to design, develop, and execute biochemical and cell-based assays to evaluate small molecule compounds
Manage internal cell bank and cell culture lab
Effectively analyze and interpret data
Communicate results through oral and written formats

Primary Qualifications:
S. or M.S. in biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or related degree with 3+ years of industry experience
Hands-on experience in cell and/or molecular biology (e.g., cell culture, ELISA, Western Blot, flow cytometry, qPCR etc.)
Experience with rodents is preferred but not required
